Property owners who have short-term rentals such as Airbnb may wish to travel but need someone reliable to assist them in turning over the room/s and double-check their condition once the guest checks out.

My duties may include, but are not limited to:

*Take pictures for the property owner of the current state in which the guest/s left the rental

*Replenish supplies

*Take out the trash

*Strip beds and wash linens

*Tidy rental for the next guest/s

*Water plants

*Bring in the mail

The rate for this service is $240 for 3 hours, payable in advance.

PLEASE NOTE: my services do not include housecleaning or gardening, but I can be there while those workers are onsite, taking care of your home as listed above.
